Unlike our competitors, we TRULY give you FREE shipping on orders over $150.00 (unless noted below).

There is a $15 flat fee for orders under $150.00.

Orders that are under $150.00 may also be subject to additional freight charges if the $15.00 flat fee is exceeded.

Once again, unlike our competitors, WE give you true, and free shipping for orders over $150.00 unless it consists of rocks, dirt, large garden systems, large nutrients, or is a special buy, as well as bulky or used items. The cost of shipping returned Items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any charges that incur during shipping due to mis-communication resulting from a customers typographical error or omission of information will be charged to the customer. For instance, omission of an address or an apartment number or a typographical error on the zip code will be subject to a charge for re-delivery.

Unfortunately, rocks, dirt, and large systems are subject to additional shipping and handling fees, and can NOT be shipped free of charge.

All shipments will be labeled B.I.H.O. and sent in plain packaging. Please call for alternative methods of shipping.

If a customer is using a discount promotional coupon, then standard shipping rates will apply for the entire order no matter what the amount.

If paying by Credit Card, the shipping address must be verifiable with the issuing bank of the card. If it is not, orders will be shipped to the billing address if it can be verified as legitimate by the issuing bank.

If an order is cancelled by the customer, it will incur a 15% restocking fee and the customer will then be responsible for the shipping costs charged for the items that have shipped as well as the cost to have them returned to our store. All returns must be in original condition and include all included materials.

We will do our best to work with you on returns. We want you to be happy with your products, but we reserve the right to determine whether something is returnable.

In the case we do return a product, the credit will only be applied to new products less the 15% restocking fee.
