Kombucha Brewing and SCOBY Exchange with Jason Avent (South Austin location)

Kombucha is a tea-based drink that has many health benefits. We will have a live demonstration of brewing and will discuss brewing techniques, flavoring, carbonation and safety. Bring your questions and bring a SCOBY if you have extra. Kombucha will be available to taste from local commercial operations as well as some that is freshly brewed. We will make a meta-brew using multiple sources to generate the most biologically diverse kombucha.
